Navy Fireman Recruit Daniel J. Koneczny, route 1, Dorchester, is a crew member
of the submarine tender USS Dixon, which has returned to her homeport in San
Diego after a four-month modification period at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard,
Bremerton, Washington.
He is a 1972 graduate of Colby High School.
