Girouard, Pamela J. (19 May 1979)

Pamela J. Girouard and Michial H. Frank were united in marriage in a 4:00 p.m. double ring ceremony on May 19, performed by the Rev. Ray Biggars at the Black River Falls United Methodist Church. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Richard Girouard of Merrillan and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Frank, Jr. of Black River Falls.

Bonnie Girouard served her sister as maid of honor and Sherri Matalas, Marian Shankey and Nancy Olsen were bridesmaids. Todd Rochester was the bestman and Tim Frank, Mark Shankey and Ray Puttbrese were groomsmen. Chris Girouard was flower girl and Shane Hughes the ring bearer.

Guests were seated by Rich Girouard and David Frank.

A reception followed in the church fellowship hall. The couple will reside in Minneapolis.
