Polzin, Nancy R. (25 September 1955 – 6 October 2021)

Nancy R. Polzin, age 66, of Colby, gained her Angel wings with her loving family by her side on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at the Marshfield Medical Center.

Nancy was born on September 25, 1955, the daughter of Bernard and Lois (Knight) Polzin in Marshfield. She graduated from Abbotsford High School. Nancy worked various jobs including working as a CNA in home care health, Nestle and most recently at Welcome Dairy.

Nancy enjoyed tending to her flower gardens, crocheting her critters and puttering in her gravel pit. She was always full of energy and was always the life of the party. Nancy loved and cherished her family, especially her grandchildren. She is now in Heaven keeping the Angels smiling.

Nancy is survived by her three children: Christopher (April) Raczykowski of New York, Sarah (Brian) Lee of Stratford and Rob (Chelsey) Voss of Union Grove; five grandchildren: Landen, Morgan, Oshiauna, Carla and Doug. She is further survived by nine siblings: Ted (Bonnie) Polzin, Esther Bremer, John (Marcia) Polzin, Roger (CJ) Polzin, Ronald (Claudia) Polzin, David Polzin, Bunny (Steve) Mertens, Charles Polzin and Gloria Polzin (Jeff Voss); two sisters-in-law, Marion Polzin and Bonnie Prissel; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Mary (Bob) Schalk; two brothers: Bob Prissel and James Polzin; a brother-in-law, Allen Bremer and a sister-in-law, Deb Polzin.

A Graveside Service will be held on Sunday, October 17, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at Abbotsford Public Cemetery. Family and friends unable to attend in person can watch the service live on the Maurina Schilling Funeral Home Facebook page or after the service anytime on Facebook or the website.
