Mr. and Mrs. James Foote, Manitowoc, became parents of a son on September 27.
The 8 lb. 10 oz. child was named Ryan Neil. He joins two brothers, Bradley, 10,
and Jason, 7. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Schmidt and Mr. and Mrs.
Charles Foote, all of Neillsville. Great-grandmother is Christina Schmidt,
