Harris, Hattie (22 Oct 1895 – 4 May 1974)

Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 7, 1974 at the Assembly of God Church, Waupaca, for Hattie Harris, 78, Waupaca, a former Abbotsford resident. The Rev. Omen Kallevig officiated and the service, and interment was made in Lakeside Cemetery at Waupaca.

Pallbearers were Harold House, Andrew Harris, Gordon Harris, Leonard Harris, Forrest Harris and Tom Harris.

Mrs. Harris died Saturday, May 4, 1974 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield. She had been visiting in the area.

Born October 22, 1895 in the town of Little Wolf, Waupaca County, she was married to Samuel E. Harris on September 26, 1917 at Curtiss. The couple moved to Waupaca in 1955, having lived in the Abbotsford area and at Ogdensburg prior to that time. Mr. Harris died on September 26, 1959.

Surviving are four sons, Vernon, McHenry, Illinois, Byron, Fremont, Arlyn, Chippewa Falls, and Loryn, Waupaca, and a brother, Henry House of Abbotsford.
