Zurakowski, Susan (3 March 1950 – 1 September 2022)

Susan Zurakowski, 72, of Thorp, passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2022. There are no services planned at this time.

Susan Midlikowski was born March 3, 1950, in Wausau, to Edwin and Mary Ann (Mohelnitzky) Midlikowski. Susan held several jobs from Head Cook at Wausau Canteen to her most recent at Moore Genuine Care, taking care of her special needs granddaughter. She enjoyed spending her free time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed gardening, going to the casino and playing games on her iPad.

She is survived by her partner Mary Kennedy; three children: Derek (Laurie) Zurakowski, Krystal Lemke (Andrew Schuhart) and Sandra Zurakowski (Johnny Bryant); 11 grandchildren: Bryce, Victoria, Terrell, Nykya, Elektra, U'llotta, Trevor, Hailey, Harley, Avery and Alexeya; and two great-grandchildren: Bryer and Aayan.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, MariLynne Salzar.
