We the undersigned Lot Owners, of the Greenwood Cemetery, Greenwood, Wis., do believe it would be to the benefit of the Greenwood Cemetery and City of Greenwood, to form the Greenwood Cemetery into a Citizen's Cemetery Association, the same as Black River Falls, and to adopt the same bylaws.
We believe in this way more interest in the Cemetery would be taken and the Cemetery would be better cared for and kept in better shape. Therefore we would recommend that the Association be formed and the bylaws be adopted.
