Surnames: PURO KNEIFEL FORMAN Source: MARSHFIELD NEWS HERALD (Marshfield, Wis.) 07/05/2002 Puro, Theda (5 JAN 1920 - 3 JUL 2002) OWEN - Theda N. Puro, 82, of Owen, Clark County, died Wednesday, July 3, 2002, at House of the Dove, Marshfield. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, at Maurina Funeral Home, Owen. Burial will be in Greenwood City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Maurina Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. She was born Jan. 5, 1920 in Stanley, to Allan and Eliza (nee Kneifel) Forman. She was united in marriage to Pentha Puro on Sept. 14, 1946 in Owen. He passed on April 5, 1989. She worked as a housekeeper in Neillsville before her marriage, and later farmed in the town of Hoard until retirement. Surviving her is her daughter, Helen Puro of Owen. |
