Burrows was called last Thursday to perform the wedding ceremony at two home weddings, one at the farm home of Mr. Ackerman northeast of Neillsville, Clark County, where Mr. Herman Roehl and Miss Clara Ackerman were united in marriage in the presence of a large company of friends, all of whom wished the young people a happy and prosperous future. This took place at 2 p.m., after which Rev. Burrows drove to the home of Mrs. Slater, near Columbia, where at 5:30 in the evening he united Mrs. Arthur Brossard and Miss Delia Moravec. After the ceremony was over an elaborate wedding supper was served to a company of friends and relatives of the young people. |
