Surnames: ZASSENHAUS MILLER Source: CLARK COUNTY REPUBLICAN & PRESS (Neillsville, Wis.) 09/17/1914 Zassenhaus, Will (1877? – 30 AUG 1914) Will Zassenhaus, who will be remembered by many here, died at Minneapolis Aug. 30, aged 37. He came here (Neillsville, Clark County) from Green Grove township when his father was elected Register of Deeds in 1888; attended school here and graduated in the class of 1893. He served in the Spanish-American War with Co. A. Later he went to Minneapolis, where for six years he has been a postal clerk. There he was married in 1906 to Miss Anna Miller, who with two sons, survive him. He leaves also his mother, two brothers and four sisters. |
