BioM: Ziglinski, Veronica (1924)
Surnames: LANGRECK ZIGLINSKI Source: NEILLSVILLE PRESS (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.) 01/10/1924 Ziglinski, Veronica (8 JAN 1924) Mr. Jacob Langreck and Miss Veronica Ziglinski were united in marriage at 9 o'clock Tuesday morning, Jan. 8, 1924, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Neillsville, Clark County, Wis., Rev. P. Weber officiating. The bride and groom were attended by the groom's brother Mr. Francis Langreck and the bride's sister Miss Rosina Ziglinski. After the ceremony the bridal party and a number of relatives and near friends assembled at the home of the bride's mother in the town of Grant, Clark County, where a fine dinner was served, and also a bountiful supper, to all who came or remained for supper. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Langreck who live on Pleasant Ridge. He grew to manhood on the home farm and has remained there to assist his father with the farm work. He is industrious and has good habits in every way. He has recently taken over 60 acres on the north end of the home farm, has built a new house and barn on the road running east from Neillsville past the cemetery and has a real modern farm home to which he takes his bride. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. John Ziglinski of the town of Grant; she was born and brought up at the farm home and has lived practically all her life there, except occasionally being employed in Neillsville. She is a most admirable young lady, well qualified in every way to take charge of the fine new home where they at once begin housekeeping. The Press joins with their many other friends in the community in offering congratulations and best wishes. |
