On Wednesday evening, June 16th at eight o’clock, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. George Bue, Alice Jean Meddaugh and Harry Herman Kissling were united in marriage by Rev. Charles A. Rawson of the Presbyterian church. After the ceremony, a most delightful five course dinner was served. Relatives and immediate friends made up the group which enjoyed this most happy occasion. Those in charge of the serving were Mrs. Florence Counsell, Miss Sarah Olson and Miss Merrille Winters.

Miss Eleanore Kissling, sister of the groom, acted as bridesmaid, and Mr. Arthur Kuchenmeister, as best man. Among those present were Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Kissling, Mr and Mrs. George Bue, Mr. David Taylor of Janesville, and Mr. and Mrs. Leo Bentz of Woodstock, Ill., Mrs. Bentz is a sister of Mr. Harry Kissling.

The bride graduated from Neillsville high school in the class of 1924 and has taught school successfully for the past two years. The groom was brought up on his father’s farm in the town of Grant and is a young man of industry and good character.

The many friends of the bride and groom wish them every joy in their new adventure.
