Obit: Gengler, Thresa (1850 - 1924)
Surnames: GENGLER Source: THORP COURIER (Thorp, Clark County, Wis.) 02/07/1924 Gengler, Thresa (AUG 1850 - 25 JAN 1924) Mrs. Peter Gengler, aged seventy-three years, died at St. Joseph's Hospital at Chippewa Falls, on Friday, Jan. 25, 1924. Deceased was born in Ozaukee Co. in August 1850, and was united in marriage in the town of Belgium in Feb. 1876, where they made their home until 1901, when they came to Thorp, Clark County, Wis. Mr. Gengler passed away in 1907, since which time deceased has made her home with her children. The funeral took place on Tuesday of last week from St. Bernard's Church in this village, burial following in the Catholic Cemetery. Deceased leaves three sons, Joseph of Thorp, A. J. of Rice Lake, and Nicholas of Medford, and fifteen grandchildren.
