BioM: Yankee, Bernadine (1930)
------Source: Neillsville Press (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.) Sept. 25, 1930 Yankee, Bernadine (Marriage - 15 Sept. 1930) Mr. Verne G. Howard and Miss Bernadine Yankee were united in the holy bonds of matrimony, Sept. 15, at the M. E. Parsonage in Virginia, Minn., Rev. J. Lawrence officiating. The bride is a daughter of Mr and Mrs. H. Yankee of Butternut, Wis., She is a registered nurse and has been superintendent of the Washburn hospital the past year. The groom is the second son of Mr and Mrs. Geo. Howard of the town of Grant, and is an upright and industrious young farmer. He has the management of his father’s farm, where they will make their home. Their many friends extend congratulations and best wishes to this worthy and happy couple. |
