Surnames: KAAGE GALL RYAN KLIMMER GUNZ Source: LOYAL TRIBUNE (Loyal, Clark County, Wis.) 06/24/1926 Kaage, Marie (16 JUN 1926) Miss Marie Kaage, oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Kaage, was united in marriage Wednesday, June 16th, 1926, at 4:00 o'clock in the afternoon to Bernard Gall of Loyal, Clark County, Wis., at the St. John's Parsonage at Greenwood, Clark County, Rev. Frei officiating. Miss Irene Kaage, sister of the bride, and Miss Grace Ryan, acted as bridesmaids. The gentlemen attendants were Herman Gunz and Anthony Klimmer of Loyal. The bride wore a dress of blonde colored georgette crepe, daintily embroidered with white artificial silk in deep triangle in front of the skirt. She wore golden blonde silk hose and blonde satin slippers and a hat of rose wood and blonde colored silk. Her bouquet was of fine ferns, lilies of the valley and peonies. The bridesmaids were prettily dressed in tan net over pale green and shell pink silk crepe. Both carried bouquets of ferns, roses and peonies. The bridegroom and his attendants wore the usual dark blue suits. The two reception rooms at the home of the groom's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Gall of Loyal, were decorated in pink and white, and blue and white respectively, and table bouquets of mixed flowers. The groom is proprietor of the Battery Service Station at Loyal. The bride is a graduate of the Dorchester High School and completed one semester course at the Medford Normal. The guests from Dorchester were Mr. and Mrs. Herman Kaage and family, Mr. and Mrs. O. R. Heidtke and family, Mr. and Mrs. A. Marquardt and family, Mrs. Joe Puescher Sr., Herman Gunz, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Gunz, Jr. of Milan and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Gunz of Athens, Mr. and Mrs. Willett Dencker of Milwaukee and Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Gall of West Allis, and relatives near Loyal. The young couple will make their home in Loyal. The Tribune joins with their many friends in wishing them a long and happy wedded life. |
