Mr. Herbert George Herdrich and Miss Ethel Deets were united in marriage on Wednesday, Nov. 10, 1926, at noon by Rev. Wilson Mallory.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Herdrich of the town of Loyal, Clark County, Wis. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Omer Deets of this village.

The young couple was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Klimmer, the former being the bride's sister.

The home of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Deets was the scene of a very pretty wedding on Wednesday, Nov. 10, 1926, at high noon, when Rev. Wilson Mallory of Granton tied the nuptial knot for Herbert G. Herdrich of the town of Loyal and Ethel Deets of this village.

To the strains of the wedding march played by Mrs. William Tucker, sister of the groom, the bridal party took their place under an arch and the double ring ceremony was performed. They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Klimmer, sister of the bride. The bride appeared very charming in a blonde georgette gown, with fur trimming and wore a head band of gold leaves. She carried a beautiful bouquet of yellow and white roses with streamers. Mrs. Klimmer, the bridesmaid, was dressed in a gown of rose satin faced crepe with blonde trimming. She carried a corsage bouquet of pink and white carnations. The groom and best man wore dark blue suits. After the ceremony a sumptuous wedding dinner was served to immediate relatives only.

The rooms were prettily decorated with green ferns and pink and white cut flowers.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Omer Deets. She has been employed for the past two years at the Albert Davel Co. store. She has also received a training that will make friends readily for her new community.

The groom is the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Herdrich and is highly respected and esteemed for his ambitions and sterling qualities. He has lived in the town of Loyal with his parents all his life.

In the evening a shower was given at the home of the bride's parents. About fifty relatives were present. The happy couple received an abundance of beautiful and useful presents showing the love and esteem of relatives.

At twelve o'clock a delicious lunch was served, after which they all departed to their homes, wishing Mr. and Mrs. Herdrich a happy wedded life.

The newlyweds will make a short stay at the bride's former home before leaving for their new home four miles south of Loyal on his father's farm.
