West Fremont--Mr. and Mrs. Henry Nebel, who were married at Marshfield on Dec. 21, 1906, by the Rev. F. A. Mundt, entertained a large number of relatives at dinner Sunday in celebration of their 35th wedding anniversary. The occasion also marked the christening of the couple's grandson, Elgin ROEHL.

Among those present were Mr. and Mrs. Ed LINDOW and daughters, Carol Jean and Ardith, Mr. and Mrs. Walter LINDOW and daughter, Germaine, Mr. and Mrs. Warren BEIL, Mr. and Mrs. Ezra SCHILLING and family, Mr. and Mrs. Albert GRIMM, Anton GRIMM and daughter, Anna, Mr. and Mrs. Marion LEE and family, all of the Town of Fremont.

The Rev. and Mrs. Phillip KOENECKE, Chili; Phillip, Wanda, and Ida Mae ROLLO, Bonduel; Mr. and Mrs. Ed SCHLINSOG and family, Granton; Mr. and Mrs. Russell ROEHL and family, Auburndale; and the Rev. F. A. TRAUTMANN, Eau Claire.

Mr. Nebel was born in Hanover, Germany, and came to America with his parents when he was 11 years old. They lived in Oswego, IL, for three years before coming to the Town of Fremont.

Mrs. Nebel was born and raised in the Town of Fremont. After their marriage the couple settled on their present farm, located two miles west of Chili.

Both are members of Immanuel's Evangelical Church at Chili. Mrs. Nebel has been president of the Ladies Aid Society for several years, and Mr. Nebel is a member of the Board of Trustees. He also serves as class leader.

The couple have two daughters, Mrs. Russell ROEHL, Auburndale, and Mrs. Marion LEE, Town of Fremont, and four grandchildren, Lowell and Elgin ROEHL and Constance Ann and James LEE.
