A graveside service for Arnold M. Johnson, age 84, formerly of Owen, Wis., will be conducted by his son, Keith Johnson at the Riverside Cemetery, rural Withee, Wis., on Saturday, Aug. 14, 1999 at 3 p.m. Arnold died in Lake Worth, Fla. On Jan. 28, 1999.

Arnold was born November 18, 1914, in Owen, Wis. To Isaac and Elizabeth Johnson. He attended the South Bright School and Owen High School, stopping to help his parents on the farm. He then moved to Waukesha, Wis., and worked at various places, until stating work at Waukesha Engine Division of Dresser Industries. He was an employee there for over 40 years, many as a foreman. He retired in 1979. Arnold then moved to Gwinn., Mich., spending his summers there and resided in Lake Worth, Fla., during the winter months. Much of his free time was spent enjoying his grandchildren. He was an active member of the Finnish American Club of Lake Worth.

Arnold is survived by two sons: Brent (Pam) Johnson of Aurora, Colo., Keith (Denise) Johnson of New Berlin, Wis.; two daughters: Lynn (Geoff) Wodell of Wheat Ridge, Color., and Joy (Steve) Bliton of Byron, Ill. He will also be missed by his nine grandchildren: Chad, Erik, Craig, Katie and Kristin Johnson, Haaland Wodell, and Kayla, Paul and Luke Bliton; three sisters: Mildred Roteik, Waukesha, Ruth (William) Hingiss, Dousman, and Adel (Dale) Horn, Greenwood; and two sisters-in-law: Ann Johnson of Conover and Romelle Johnson, of Atkin, Minn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their families, and by a very dear friend, Evelyn Keskimaki, of Gwinn, Mich.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers; Isaac and Erland; his sisters; Selma Banks, Jean Von Gunten and Martha Schneider.
