S. Paul's Lutheran church at Sherwood was the scene of a simple fall wedding Thursday at 1:45 p.m. when marriage vows were exchanged by Miss Amanda M. FLUEGEL, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John FLUEGEL, Sherwood, and Richard WILHORN, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry WILHORN, Nekoosa. The Rev. L GOETZ officiated.

Miss Pearl WHITNEY and Arthur SOWATZKE were the couple's only attendants.

The bride wore a gown of dark blue transparent velvet and carried a bouquet of chrysanthemums. Miss Whitney was attired in red taffeta and wore a shoulder corsage.

Following the nuptial service a wedding supper was served at the home of the bride's parents. Mr. WILHORN and his bride left on a few days' wedding trip to Milwaukee. After Nov. 8 they will be at home to friends at Nekoosa, where the bridegroom is employed by the Creamy Way Ice Cream company.

Mrs. Wilhorn attended the Pittsville high school and the Wood county normal at Wisconsin Rapids. For the past year she taught school at West Fremont.
