DANKEMYER-BEIL

Garden flowers furnished a fragrant setting for the wedding of Miss Esther Ruth Beil, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Adolph W. Beil of Chili, to Gerald W. Dankemyer, son of Mr. and and Mrs. Freeman Dankemyer of the same village at the Chili Christ Lutheran Church at 4 o'clock this afternoon. The Rev. A. H. Laesch heard the vows.

The sleeves of the bride's sparkle velveray on white starched chiffon gown extended to points over her wrists, and small buttons extended down the back to the waistline. Her only jewelry was a turquoise brooch which was worn by the bride's mother at her own wedding, and she carried Talisman roses and baby's breath. A floor-length, lace-edged veil fell from her tiara of pearls and rhinestones.

Miss Natalie Dankemyer served as bridesmaid in blue lace over peach satin and a peach shoulder veil. Her bouquet contained roses, carnations, and baby's breath. Miss Hazel Ann Beil and Ruth Dankemyer were gowned in yellow and pink, respectively. Miss Beil's dress was of organdy with lace inserts, and she wore yellow roses in her hair. Miss Dankemyer's gown was fashioned of celanese over satin with blue bow trim, and she wore pink roses in her hair. Both attendants carried colonial bouquets of sweet peas, swansonia, and baby's breath.

Arwin Beil attended the groom as best man, and Lyle Doehr and Everett Loos were groomsmen.

About 35 guests attended a 6:30 o'clock dinner at the home of the bride's parents, which was decorated in colors matching the gowns of the bridal party. Two large white wedding bells, which were used at the wedding of the bride's aunt, Mrs. Loren Hales, 23 years ago, were suspended from the ceiling, and a large wedding cake centered the table. The bride's mother wore blue with white accessories and groom's mother chose green. Both had shoulder corsages.

Mr. Dankemyer was graduated from the Marshfield High School in 1929 and is employed at the Greunke Dairy at Chili, where the couple will be at home upon their return from a week's wedding trip to northern Wisconsin.
