RAND-LEDGER

In a white satin princess style wedding gown with a lace yoke, Miss Pearl Gertrude LEDGER, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roland LEDGER, S. Cedar street, became the bride of Milton Howard RAND, son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter RAND of Chili, at 9 o'clock Saturday morning. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. H.P. Toeller read the rites at Sacred Heart Church.

The bride's finger-tip length veil was held by a tiara of rhinestones and pearls, and she carried a crystal rosary and a bouquet of pink Briarcliff roses and baby's breath. Her sisters, Misses Ruth and Doris LEDGER, attended as bridesmaids in blue and pink southern belle dresses with sweetheart necklines, respectively. Little Ora Lee LEDGER, also a sister of the bride, served as flower girl in a white crepe dress, and carried a colonial hand bouquet.

The bridegroom was attended by Roman BRANDT, best man, and Joseph SHIMEK, groomsman.

A wedding dinner and supper were served at the LEDGER home following the ceremony. The residence was decorated with pink and white streamers, cut garden flowers, and white bells.

Mrs. Rand was graduated from the High School here in 1937, and has been employed at the Weinbrenner shoe factory for the past two years. Mr. Rand is an employee of the Roddis Lummber and Veneer Company. They are now at home to friends at 805 1/2 S. Maple street.

Out-of-town guests who were in Marshfield for the occasion were Mr. and Mrs. Julius BOHNSACK and daughter, Florence, Neillsville; Mr. and Mrs. Peter RAND, Chili, Mr. and Mrs. Henry R. EBSEN, Wisconsin Rapids; Mr. and Mrs. Jacob SHIMEK, Milladore; Mr. and Mrs. Clem BURKART, Hewitt; and Mrs. Louise LEDGER, Two Rivers.
