BioM: Schade, Echo (1931)
Surname: Schade, Kegley, Bean -Source: Neillsville Press (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.) 22 Oct. 1931 Schade, Echo (Marriage - 3 Oct. 1931) A very pretty home wedding took place at the home of Mr and Mrs. Ben Schade at East Troy, Wis., on Saturday, October 3, at 11:30 o’clock when their oldest daughter, Miss Echo, was united in marriage to Mr. Arlie Kegley of East Troy. Rev. I. H. Bean of East Troy preformed the ceremony. The wedding march was played by Amos Kegley father of the groom, on his violin. The bride was attired in a beautiful gown of orchid taffeta and carried a bouquet of lilies of the valley and cream colored roses. She was attended by her sister, Miss Edith, who wore a gown of marine taffeta and carried a bouquet of pink roses. The groom was attended by his brother, Gerald. Only immediate relatives of the bride and groom. Mr and Mrs. Albert Kegley, grandfather of the groom, of Viroqua, were in attendance at the wedding. Following the ceremony a wedding dinner was served to the guest. The bride and groom are both graduates of the East Troy high school. The groom also attended an electrical school in Chicago. Mr. Kegley will be remember here by many as a small boy attending school at Shortville, as he lived with his parents on a farm near Shortville for several years. The bride and groom left on a wedding trip to Viroqua, La Crosse, Neillsville and various places. They will reside near Elkhorn, where the groom has employment in a musical instrument manufacturing plant. We wish to extend out heartiest congratulations to them.
