Surname: VanGorden Source: Neillsville Press (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.) 28 Jan. 1932 VANGORDEN REUNION Mr and Mrs. Archie VanGorden and children went to Hixton Sunday to attend a family reunion at the home of his grandfather, S. H. VanGorden, who was eighty years old Friday. All his sons and their families, including numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren were present at the meeting, Mr. VanGorden is still vigorous in mind and body, drives his own car and maintains his place as the head of various and prosperous business organizations carried on by the VanGorden family. Mr. VanGorden received many letters, telegrams and telephone calls for congratulations. Among the visitors were also neighbors and business and professional men from Black River Falls. |
