A very pretty wedding took place at the Unity Lutheran Church at 2:00 P. M. Wednesday, August 15, 1928 when Miss Irene Molle was united in marriage to Hugh E. Darton. Rev. Olsen, resident pastor performed the ceremony.

The bride was attired in a white satin and lace dress, and veil, and carried a beautiful shower bouquet. She was attended by Miss Evelyn Paral as bridesmaid, who wore a light green georgette crepe, trimmed with rhinestones and wore a head band. Little Elaine Catlin and Virginia Dobbe acted as flower girls. They wore pink silk radium and carried an arm basket of flowers.

The groom was attended by Mr. John Witt who acted as best man, both young men wore dark suits.

After the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents for the immediate relatives only.

The bride is the youngest daughter of Mr. ans Mrs. Charley Molle, and is a well known and popular young lady, having taught the Sunnyside school for two years. The groom in the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Darton and is an industrious and popular young Man.

Both young people have many friends who join the Tribune in wishing Mr. and Mrs. Darton a long and happy married life.

After a short wedding trip to Richland Center, they will make their home on a farm of the groom’s parents.
