Walter *Kozowski, aged 17, son of Jacob *Kozlowski of the town of Levis, was badly cut and lacerated Tuesday while helping cut wood with a circle saw.

The shaft of the saw broke loose from the frame, the say swinging around and cutting both of his legs to and into the bone. He was rushed to the Neillsville Hospital, where his wounds were taken care of by Drs. Housley and Clark.

*Note the two spellings; this is the way it was written in the original article.
