NORTH GRAND AVE. ROAD (Mrs. Elmer Keller)

Mr. and Mrs. John Moen, Paul Dux, Arthur Zank, Naomi, Loretta, and Gertrude Schuelke spent Christmas Eve at the Otto May home.

John Gullickson, son and daughters drove to Eau Claire Sunday to see Mrs. Gullickson who is a patient in the Luther Hospital. She was not well enough to returned with them and will have to remain another week.

The Frank Kuhl family spent Christmas Eve at the Richard Beyer home.

Mrs. Clare Smale went to Milwaukee for several days visit with her sister.

Mr. and Mrs. Herman Werner, Mr. and Mrs. John Moen spent Christmas night at Otto May’s.

Henry Aumann is employed in the condensery.

Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Gress, son Donald, Mrs. Jennie Gress, and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Gress and family had a Christmas gathering at Herman Hagedorn’s. On the way home that evening Arthur Gress was run into by Charles Bradford. Both cars were damaged but no one was seriously injured.

Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Tews visited his parents Sunday.

Dr. and Mrs. Kluchesky and family and Miss Thelma Foemmel of Wautoma came Christmas for a few days’ visit at the William Foemmel home.

Mr. and Mrs. Emil Trasmar and family spent Christmas day at Emil Wetzel’s.

Mrs. Wm. Gaden and daughter Genevieve, Edie Schmidt of Loyal, and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Haas sent Christmas at Henry Aumann’s.

Walter May had what might have proved a serious accident Saturday night when a freight train, backing up, struck the car badly demolishing it. He escaped with bruises about the chest caused from the steering wheel but otherwise unhurt.

Mrs. Ed Montgomery and MR. and Mrs. Raymond Parrett and baby spent Christmas at Ralph Montgomery’s.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Trimmler are staying at his parents several days helping butcher and can meat.

Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Keller spent Christmas day at Ed. Voigt’s. Mrs. John VandeBerg returned home with them.

Mr. and Mrs. Fritz Dux and daughter Arlene and Mr. and Mrs. John Martins and daughters Charlotte and Isabel were afternoon visitors at the Otto May home on Xmas day.
