East Weston-West York

Mrs. Addie Hawkes of Greenwood visited at the Fred Wendt home several days last week.

Mr. Walter DeMerte and family visited at Oscar DeMerte’s Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Henry Ghent called at the Fred Wendt home Friday eve.

Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Wendt of Granton and Mrs. Willard Johnson and Bobby of Marshfield visited at the Fred Wendt home Sunday p.m.

Mr. Joe Bird was a Richland county visitor several days last week. He reports that the drought conditions there are worse than here.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Wendt and family and Mrs. Rather visited at the Joe Lingl home near Spencer Sunday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Erick Lueck and family visited at the Charlie Lueck home in Levis Saturday Eve.

Mr. and Mrs. Clint Bardell called at the Gus Garbisch home Sunday evening.

Mrs. Wm. Buelow called on Mrs. Fred Wendt Tuesday afternoon.
