Pine Valley Center

Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Keller and son Wendell went to Birchwood Saturday afternoon to spend the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. A. Settleman. Wendall will spend part of his vacation at Birch Lake.

Mrs. Wm. Zank ate dinner with Mr. and Mrs. A. Stockwell Sunday. In the afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Stockwell and Mrs. Zank went up to Christie to call on Mr. and Mrs. Francis Suckow.

Andrew Wightman spent Saturday evening at Herman Gehrt’s.

Joe Kopp and L. Forderbruck have been getting potatoes at Humbird and Fairchild and selling them around Neillsville and Owen.

Mrs. Otto Decker of Greenwood spent a few days with her daughter Mrs. Jack Shortess last week, while Shirley had the measles.

Lewis Zank and Jerry Palmer went to Wausau Sunday to attend the Heidelberg League conference prayer. Mayor Fred Stelloh took them over.

Mrs. Ed. Hubbard, Mrs. C. Wightman and Mrs. Flick attended the W. H. C. Saturday afternoon.

Mrs. Walter and Mrs. C. Milbreit spent Friday evening with Mrs. Ed. Hubbard.

Mrs. Hubbard and Mrs. Wightman spent Saturday evening with Mrs. Walters.

Frank Viergutz called on Jack Shortess one afternoon last week.

Mrs. Wightman called at Joe Kapps Tuesday afternoon.

Mrs. Emil Trasmer called on Mrs. Wightman Thursday afternoon.

Andrew Wighman and mother spent Sunday evening with William Zank.

Mrs. C. Wightman spent Saturday and Sunday with Mrs. Ed. Hubbard.

Mrs. Chris Heintz helped Mrs. J. Peterson Saturday while Mrs. Keller was gone.
