Obit: Burk, Millard (1855? – 1931)
Surnames: BURK HUTCHINS Source: The Loyal Tribune 26 March 1931 --------- Burk, Millard (1855? – MAR 1931) Word has been received here of the death of Mr. Millard Burk, aged 75 years, which occurred at his home in Tacoma, Wash. Mr. Burk was born in New York City, later going to Spooner, Wis., where he made his home for a number of years when he and his family moved to Loyal where they lived for many years before going west. He is survived by his widow, one daughter, Mrs. Ethel Hutchins of Tacoma, Wash., three sons, Rev. Lloyd Burk, of Stevenson, Wash., Lyle of Tacoma and Fred of Seattle, Wash. Funeral services were held in Tacoma with interment in that city. While living here Mr. Burk and his family made many friends who will be grieved to learn of his death.
