Surname: Hardrath, Scott, Miller, Frane Source: Scrap book one: by Elsa Lange Hardrath & Dorthaleen Edwards Hardrath Contributed by Halbert “Bud” Hardrath Hardrath, Donald (30 Dec. 1918 – 24 Nov. 1972) Former Area Resident Dies Abbotsford – Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the United Methodist Church in Colby for Donald Hardrath, 53, Delavan, a former Abbotsford resident who died at 9:30 a.m. Friday at St. Mary’s Hospital in Racine following a stroke. The Rev. Bervie A. Scott, pastor, will officiate and burial will be made in the Colby Memorial Cemetery. Visitations may be made at the Lulloff Funeral Home in Colby. Mr. Hardrath was born Dec. 30, 1918, in the town of Green Grove, Clark County, and was married in Madison, July 5, 1952, to the former Jean Miller, who survives him. He spent 17 years in Chicago in the employment of the Andies Candy Company. In 1968 he came to Abbotsford and resided there until a short time ago when he returned to his occupation at the Andies Candy Company in Delavan. Other survives include a brother, Allen, Woodburn, Ore.; a sisters, Mrs. Lila Frane, Colby; and his mother, Mrs. Mable Hardrath, of route 1, Curtiss. * * * Funeral Card In memory of Donald A.
