Bushnell to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary. The couple were married in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on Nov. 10, 1897, to which two children were born, Mrs. Sailor (Gladys) Phelps of Lisbon, Iowa, and Merle of Owen. They have eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Friends and relatives who attended the celebration from away were Mrs. Sophia Hardrath and daughter, Caroline, and family from Manitowac, Mr. and Mrs. August Price and son, Ernest, of Unity, Mr. and Mrs. Laurence Kitzhaber of Greenwood, Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Huntley of Neillsville, Dr. and Mrs. Charles Hinke of Abbotsford, Mr. and Mrs. Larry DuBrava and son, Steve, of Loyal, besides a large number of local friends and neighbors who joined in making the day a complete success. Friends and relatives all joined in contributing toward a television set as a gift for the couple. Many flower plants and a large bouquet of bronze mums were also received. Noted in margin - 1957
