Peterson, in this city (Colby, Clark Co., Wis.), on Thursday evening, Oct. 5th, 1893, Mr. Peter Madsen and Miss Christina Anderson, Rev. D. P. Olin officiating. Peter Madsen is one of the squarest and most industrious young men in this city and has hosts of friends here. The bride is a lady we know but little of, having recently come among us, and, as Peter seems to be perfectly satisfied, the rest of us ought to be and wish the happy couple an abundant supply of happiness and prosperity. A number of the immediate friends gathered at the residence of Mr. Peterson and gave the happy couple a merry send off. Mr. and Mrs. Madsen have gone to keeping house and are at home in the house of L. M. Cole, next south of the schoolhouse. |
