Dolle, Kenneth J. (6 JUL 1952 – 28 DEC 2002)

Kenneth J. Dolle, 50, Neillsville, died on Saturday, Dec. 28, 2002, in the emergency room at the Memorial Medical Center, Neillsville. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at 10:30 a.m., on Thursday, Jan. 2, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Neillsville. Music was provided by Ronald Resong, organist, and St. Mary’s Adult Choir. The Rev. Woodrow Pace officiated. Burial was in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers were Robert Dolle, Anthony Dolle, Paul Dolle, Eric Dolle, Christopher Dolle and Nicholas Dolle. Honorary pallbearers were George Dolle, Jay Ouimette and Nick Kitzhaber.

Kenneth Joseph Dolle was born on July 6, 1952, in Blue Island, Ill., to Kenneth R. and Mary J. (nee Spooner) Dolle. He attended Ascension Catholic Grade School and Thorton High School in Harvey, Ill. He worked at various places throughout Wisconsin, and in 1972 moved to Greenwood. Most recently he worked at the Neillsville Foundry. His interests included fishing, mechanics and spending time with his granddaughter.

Survivors include four children, Kenneth Dolle, Neillsville, Gloria Dolle, Neillsville, Heather Dolle, Neillsville, and Steven Dolle, Greenwood; one granddaughter, Tiania Dolle, Neillsville; his parents, Ken and Mary Dolle, Greenwood; seven brothers, Robert Dolle, Marshfield, Anthony (Eloise) Dolle, Loyal, Paul Dolle, Fridley, Minn., Nicholas (Janet) Dolle, Neillsville, George Dolle, Las Vegas, Nev., Eric Dolle, Marshfield, and Christopher Dolle, Neillsville; five sisters, Karen (James) Mohr, Neillsville, Denise Carter, Neillsville, Margaret (Jay) Ouimette, Neillsville, Dawn Ormond, Neillsville, and Jeannine (Nick) Kitzhaber, Coon Rapids, Minn.

Preceding him in death were his grandparents.

The Gesche Funeral Home, Neillsville, assisted the family with arrangements.
