Mr. H. W. Mercer will give an exhibition of his sterroptican views of the rebel prisons, at Sargents hall this (Friday) evening. The views give a full description of all the rebel prisons in the south during the war and are well worth the price of admission, 15c, 25c and 35c.

Dr. McCutcheon reports the death of his only sister in Ireland. She was the mother of six young children. The youngest (twins) were only eight days old at the time of their mother's death.

To the kind people of Thorp: We would return our sincere thanks for their untiring kindness to us during our long and painful sickness........Mr. and Mrs. N. P. Nye.
