Surnames: HOLETON JARVIS Source: COLBY PHONOGRAPH (Colby, Wis.) 06/19/1902 Jarvis, Grace (11 JUN 1902) Married, at the home of the bride’s mother, Mrs. A. Jarvis, in this city (Colby, Clark Co., Wis.), on Wednesday, June 11th, 1902, Mr. Ralph C. Holeton of the town of Holeton, and Miss Grace Jarvis, Rev. E.G. Vischer officiating. The above happy couple are among the best of our young people. Mr. Ralph C. Holeton is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. W. Holeton of the town of Holeton, Marathon Co., Wis., and has lived on the farm with his parents from boyhood to manhood. He is a young man of industrious habits and excellent character. Miss Grace is the eldest daughter of Mrs. Annis Jarvis of this city, and is a general favorite among her many friends. She has taught several terms of school in the towns of Frankfort and Holeton. Ralph is known to a large circle of friends and associate as one of the most industrious and excellent of our citizens, and has the respect and honor of everybody. His bride is also most favorably known and is deservedly popular among her associates. The young people will commence housekeeping in the town of Holeton, Ralph having erected a fine house adjoining the old homestead. This paper unites with the many friends of the young people and bespeaks for them a full measure of happiness and prosperity. Among those from out of town who attended the wedding were: Mr. and Mrs. H.W. Wisger and three daughters, Spokeville; Mr. and Mrs. C. Stannard and daughter, Abbotsford; Mr. and Mrs. Free Jarvis and daughter, Mosinee; Mr. and Mrs. Geo. W. Holeton and son George of Holeton; Mrs. A.E. Cannon, Mr. and Mrs. E.A. Corzett and daughter, Mrs. Eva Redmond, son and daughter, Robert Corzett, of Loyal
