La Budde, Anna (9 AUG 1902)

Married, at the home of the bride’s sister, Mrs. W. A. Henkel, on Saturday, Aug. 9th, 1902, by Rev. E.G. Vischer, Mr. Will Hoppen and Miss Anna La Budde, both of this city (Colby, Clark Co., Wis.).

The bride is the second daughter of Mrs. Theo. La Budde and has lived here since 1895, during which time she has endeared herself to many friends who join in wishing her much happiness in her new life.

The groom has lived here since early childhood and is the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Hoppen, and all who know him know what a steady, quiet, sound principled young man he is. For the past three years he has held the position of night agent at Abbotsford.

The wedding was a very quiet affair, only the relatives and most intimate friends being present. The Phonograph joins with their many friends in extending congratulations.
