Surnames: ZIMMERMAN CARLETON Source: COLBY PHONOGRAPH (Colby, Wis.) 06/25/1903 Carleton, Mattie (22 JUN 1903) Married, at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. C.E. Carleton in the town of Hull, Marathon Co., Wis., on Monday, June 22, 1903, Mr. E.M. Zimmerman of Madison, and Miss Mattie Carleton. Rev. W.M. Philpott performed the ceremony. The bride has lived here but a year and during that year has made friends who extend congratulations and wish the young couple much happiness. Mr. and Mrs. Zimmerman left here Tuesday morning to visit relatives at Sun Prairie, the former home of the bride, after which they will go to Madison to make their home.
