A very pretty wedding was solemnized at Zion’s Lutheran Church in this city (Colby, Clark Co., Wis.), June 10th, 1909, when Miss Anna, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Pokallus, was united in marriage to Mr. Gustav J. Wiedenhoeft, Rev. F.H. Moecker of Dorchester, performing the ceremony. The Misses Gusta Wiedenhoeft and Bertha Baumgart acted as bridesmaids, and Messrs. Emil Pokallus and Fred Bloom attended the groom. After the ceremony, a reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents, where the relatives and friends, helped to make merry, the afternoon and evening.
