Mulvey, Carrie (27 NOV 1901 – 10 SEP 1935)

West Fremont, Clark Co., Wis. – Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at Clintonville for Mrs. Maurice Mulvey, former town of Fremont resident, who died Tuesday at her home in Clintonville, Wis.

Mrs. Mulvey, nee Carrie Schmidtke, was born in the town of Fremont on Nov. 27, 1901, the daughter of Herman and Augusta Schmidtke. She grew to womanhood here and in June 1922 she was married to Maurice Mulvey. After their marriage the couple made their home in Spokeville, Clark Co., and later in Neillsville. In 1927 they moved to Clintonville.

Surviving are her husband, a daughter, Elaine, and two sons, George and Maurice.

Other surviving relatives include seven brothers, Herman, Otto, Gustave and Paul Schmidtke, town of Grant; Henry Schmidtke, North Fremont; William Schmidtke, Dakota; and Ernest Schmidtke, Menasha; and four sisters, Mrs. Leo (Mae) Dankemyer and Mrs. Joe (Gusta) Madler, both of Chili; Mrs. Earl (Ella) Dumas, Washington; and Mrs. Clara Murrell, Menasha.
