--------- Kleese, Anna (13 FEB 1881 – 6 DEC 1912)

Mrs. Anna Kleese died at the State Sanatorium at Wales, Wis., at 2:45 p.m., Friday, Dec. 6th, 1912, of pulmonary tuberculosis, aged 31 years, 9 months and 23 days.

Deceased was born in the town of Hull, Marathon Co., Feb. 13th, 1881. She was united in marriage to Fred L. Kleese of Winona, Minn., at Milwaukee, on Feb. 27th, 1900. She leaves to mourn her death her husband and three children, Helen, James and Lavern; also her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Smith, five sisters and three brothers, they are Mrs. Charles Herzog of Sheboygan; Mrs. Edward Purkis of Kolze, Ill.; Misses Clara and Minnie of Oak Park, Ill.; John of Netherhill, Canada; Peter, Paul and Harriet, who are living in the town of Hull, with their mother, all of whom, except John, were here to attend the funeral, which was held from the M.E. Church in this city, at 1 o’clock p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11th, Rev. W.E. Marsh officiating.
