Mr. Fred Stecker, eldest son of Mrs. Fred Stecker of this city (Colby, Clark Co., Wis.), and Miss Ida Schreiber, daughter of Mrs. Minnie Schreiber of the town of Colby, Clark Co., were united in marriage at 7 o’clock Wednesday evening, Dec. 17th, 1913, at St. John’s Ev. Church, Rev. Lienk performing the ceremony. They were attended by Miss Frances Schreiber, sister of the bride, as maid of honor, Levi Stecker, brother of the groom, as best man, Miss Edna Laux and Harry Schreiber, brother of the bride. The bride wore a pretty gown of blue messaline silk and carried a bouquet of pink and white carnations.

After the ceremony a supper was served at the bride’s home to relatives and invited guests. The young couple will reside on the groom’s farm in the town of Green Grove, Clark Co.
