Surnames: POPE CONWAY SELVES Source: COLBY PHONOGRAPH (Colby, Wis.) 09/09/1915 --------- Conway, Emma (8 SEP 1915) Frank G. Pope, a prominent businessman in Medford, Wis., and Mrs. Emma Conway, one of our most estimable young ladies, were united in marriage in this city (Colby, Clark Co., Wis.), at the home of the bride’s sister, Mrs. J.T. Selves, by Justice Frank Firnstahl, at 4:30 Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 8th, 1915. Halbert and Margaret Conway, son and daughter of the bride, were their attendants. Following the ceremony an excellent wedding supper was served, after which the couple left by auto for Withee, where they took the evening train for the Twin Cities, to attend the Minnesota State Fair. They will make their home in Medford. Host of friends join in congratulations. |
