Pettet left Monday for Winona, his friends had no intimation that he was about to take the fatal plunge, as evidence that he has, we will submit the following letter received at this office Wednesday. North St. Paul May 3rd ‘05 Dear Editor, I am stalled here just at present. Will you please send the paper to Mrs. M. A. Pettet, North St. Paul You will hear later when it happened. with best wishes, M. A. Pettelt The bride was Miss Martha Potts who formerly lived at Spencer, she taught school at Romeo during the past winter. Both of the young people have a host of friends here and at Spencer who wish them a world of joy. |
