Funeral services were conducted Tuesday 2:00 P. M. in the Methodist Church for Mrs. Ralph Clemetson, who died Saturday, Aug. 29th.

Frances Hills was born Iron Ridge, July 11, 1862, and came to Loyal with her parents when buy a small child.

She was married to Eli Mack Nov. 13, 1879 in St. Croix Co. Three sons of this marriage preceded her in death but seven grand children and four great grand children of this marriage survive.

On Aug 15, 1889, in St. Croix Co. she was married to Ralph Clemetson. About five years later they came to a farm near loyal but for many years they made their home in the village.

She is survived by her husband and their two children, Mrs. Henry DeYoung (Elsie) New London, and Milton of Passaic, Wyo. and by their five great grand children. Also by a brother George Hills, Hesperia, Mich., and a half brother, Ray Hills, Elmhurst.

Rev. Powell of Owen was officiating minister and the members of the R. N. A. rendered their services at the grave in the Pine Grove cemetery.

Pall Bearers were Mr. O. J. Smith, Mr. Bert Pope, Mr. Dan Castner, Mr. Alfred Castner, Mr. Tom Etta, Mr. James Van Camp.

Those in charge of flowers were Mrs. Joe Vogel, Mrs. Ray Vogel, Mrs. Adolph Voight, Mrs. Frank Duell, Mrs. August Luber and Mrs. Bert Pope.

Those from out of town attending the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Henry DeYoung and daughters Alice and Mable; Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Paulson and children, Mrs. Victor Diestler and child of New London; Mr. Ray Hills, Mr. Mike Nichols, and Mr. and Mrs. Beryl Nichols and child of Elmhurst; Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Holtz, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Hartsworm, and Mrs. Minnie Schultz, Appleton; Mr. Henry Hanf and Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Sasman, Black Earth; Mr. Wm. Nichols and Emma Schummel, of Neillsville; and Mrs. Calvin Hills, Abbotsford.

Mrs. Clemetson was a kind friend and neighbor and a devoted wife and mother and will be missed by many.
