The marriage of Miss Anne Miller of Withee, Clark Co., Wisconsin, and Lawrence Cherrier of this city was solemnized at St. Gabriel’s Church by Father Blank Saturday morning, July 26, at eight o’clock. They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. S.M. Munson of Cornell, Wis., sister and brother-in-law of the groom. Phillip Nugent sang during the services with Mrs. Frank Keating at the organ.

The bride wore a gown of canary georgette crepe. She was a white hat and slippers and carried a shower bouquet of tea roses. Her bridesmaid wore green georgette with hat to match and white slippers.

Following the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served by Mr. and Mrs. Frank Keating. At twelve o’clock a wedding dinner was served at the home of the groom’s mother to immediate relatives.

The bride is a daughter of Mr. Fred Miller of Withee, Wis., and has been a school teacher for several years. The groom is the youngest son of Mrs. Addie Cherrier and is a carpenter by trade.

Mr. and Mrs. Cherrier left on a honeymoon trip to the Dells and will be at home to friends after August 1, at 201 S. Main St.

The out of town guests were Mr. Fred Miller, Mrs. Ed Laneville of Withee, Miss. Caroline Miller of Milwaukee, Mr. and Mrs. Flavian Cherrier, daughters, Ina and Kathryn and sons, Earl and Joseph of Bloomington, Mr. and Mrs. James Keating of Mt. Hope.
