(December 2, 1928 - June 22, 2006) Henry L. Olney died June 22, 2006 in Jacksonville, FL after a short illness. A memorial Mass was held on July 1, 2006 at San Juan Del Rio Catholic Church, 1714 3 State Road 13 Jacksonville, FL, 32259 Henry L. Olejniczak was born on December 2, 1928 to Matt and Pearl Olejniczak. They lived on County Line Road. He graduated from Thorp High School in 1947 and enlisted in the U. S. Army from 1951–1954. His name was later changed to Henry Olney. Henry married Eleanore Furmanek on February 11, 1956 in Gilman, WI. They moved to Chicago shortly after their marriage and lived there until 1996 when they moved to Jacksonville, FL. Henry is survived by his wife of 50+ years, Eleanore; one son, Henry Paul Olney; three daughters; Kathleen Coughlin, Diane O’Meara and Mary Schmitz; six grandchildren; one brother, Joe Olejniczak; three sisters: Marian Plunkett, Florence DiGeorgio and Clara Peterson. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
