On the 15th day of June, 1937 at 1:30 P. M., Miss Mabel Abbuehl, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Abbuehl, Chili, Wis., was united into the Holy Bonds of Matrimony to Frank Edwin Hendrickson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Hendrickson, Unity, Wis., at the Evangelical Lutheran parsonage at Unity, Wis., by the Rev. F. A. Olson.

The bride was attended by her sister, Miss Louise Abbuehl and the groom was attended by his nephew, Lawrence Siefeldt, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Siefeldt, Spencer, Wis.

The bride chose for her gown a floor length white satin with lace, and wore a long cap effect silk tulle veil with white accessories. She carried an arm bouquet of roses, carnations and snapdragons.

The bride’s maid wore a floor length dress if pink embroidered Lace and wore a pink leaf headband, with white accessories. She carried an arm bouquet of roses, carnations and snapdragons.

The groom and groom’s attendant were attractively attired in dark blue suits and wore boutonnieres.

A wedding reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents at Chili, Wis., at 7 o’clock for 47 guests. The tables were prettily trimmed with white and pink candles and a large wedding cake served as a center piece. A wedding dance was held at the Country Ball room at Marshfield, Wis., in the evening. A very large crowd attended and wished the couple a very happy and long wedded life.

The newly weds will reside at Unity with the groom’s parents. The groom has been operating his father’s farm for many years.

Table waitresses for the wedding were sisters of the bride, Carrie, Marie, and Vivian Abbuehl.
