CHS Class of 1971

The 1971 graduating class of Colby High School recently held its 35th reunion at Molitor’s Steakhouse in Abbotsford.

The reunion committee was Brian and Sheila (Gorke) Steinmetz, Dennis and Jan (Healer) Engle, Tom Peissig and Bill Decker.

Classmates enjoyed a evening of socializing and dinner accompanied by a Powerpoint presentation consisting of high school and family photos. Background music form the era was also enjoyed. A moment of silence was observed for our deceased classmates; Wayne Bennett, Eda Peterson, Chris Koleske, Ron Hass, Ruben Heindl, Bob Meyers and Leslie Timm.
