Surnames: Harvey, Dutcher, Christiansen, Cocy, Jones Source: Marathon County Register Newspaper (Unity, Wis.) May 1,1908 -----Dutcher, Eva (Marriage - 25 April 1908) At the M. E. parsonage in the Village of Spencer, on Saturday evening April 25th occurred the marriage of Wells E. Harvey of this village to Miss Eva Dutcher of Black River Falls, Rev. C. M. Christiansen performed the ceremony. The couple were attended by Mrs. Mae Coey, sister of the groom and Alfred Jones of the town of Colby. The young couple will go to housekeeping in the Wonser residence on the east side and will be at home to their friends after May 1st. A party of Odd Fellows of which order Wells is an honored member, stole around to the house after their meeting and gave the couple a happy serenade. |
