News: South Janesville (8 June 1939)
Surname: Marten, Merlak, Sharp, Clinstman, Dillenbeck, Wepner, Dimler, Einfeldt, White, Sparanger, Schoenwetter, Podobnik, Weisner, Porath, Goldhammer, Moelling Source: Clark County Press (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.) Thurs., 8 June 1939 South Janesville – Mrs. Roger Dillenbeck John Marten finished sawing lumber on the Merlak farm and has moved his sawmill near Neillsville. Mr. and Mrs. J. Sharp and son, Jim of Ripon, and Fred Clinstman and daughters, Marie and Irene, spent Saturday evening at the Roger Dillenbeck home. Jim Sharp and Mrs. Paul Wepner and children of Ripon spent Saturday and Sunday with their brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Clinstman. Mr. and Mrs. J. Sharp returned to Ripon with them, after spending a week here with their daughter and son-in-law. Mr. and Mrs. Orville Dimler and children, Mr. and Mrs. Roger Dillenbeck and son and Miss Margaret Einfeldt spent Sunday at the Charles White home in Neillsville. Mr. and Mrs. Pete Spranger and daughter and Mrs. Jennie Schoenwetter of Globe were also there. August Podobnik purchased a new milking machine last week, and Mrs. Louie Weisner, Mrs. Lillie Porath and daughters, Gladys and Joyce, Lynn; Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Goldhammer, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Goldhammer, Colby; and Mr. and Mrs. August Moelling, Marshfield. |
